Opening Ceremony of Biji Exhibition (Dasein Academy of Arts)

We are thrilled to announce that our journey in bringing Biji & Kotak to life has been highlighted by the prestigious Kang tou Channel, Chinese and Oriental Daily News Malaysia. Being featured on such prominent media platforms is a true honor for us!Creating Biji & Kotak has been a monumental milestone in our IP development journey. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dasein Academy of Arts for providing us with the opportunity to make this happen. This collaboration has been invaluable, and we are excited about future possibilities.

Our event is more than just an art exhibition—it’s a vibrant celebration of knowledge and cancer awareness through our collaboration with Cancer Research Malaysia.

We kicked off the event with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dasein Academy of Art. This marks the beginning of our future collaborations aimed at integrating creativity into educational initiatives. Look forward to upcoming creative workshops and camps designed to inspire the next generation of animators.

Following the MOU signing, we proudly premiered our latest short film, “Bed Time Story”—a collaborative effort with Cancer Research Malaysia. Representatives took the stage to spread awareness about cancer through engaging talks, turning the event into a powerful platform for both artistic expression and meaningful discussions.

The Chief Scientific Officer of Cancer Research Malaysia expressed her gratitude, saying, “I am deeply moved by the art community’s willingness to address cancer-related issues! It is my hope that the integration of art and science can enlighten more Malaysians, spreading awareness and knowledge about cancer prevention.”

Since Biji’s inception, we’ve believed in its role to spread positivity and healing to our audiences. Participating in cancer awareness aligns perfectly with our mission, as many are unaware of the severity of cancer in Asia. It’s our duty to raise awareness and encourage everyone to take it seriously.

As part of our collaboration, we organized a charity initiative where donors received a small Biji figurine and participated in a fluid art workshop. This initiative allowed people to contribute to a charitable cause while enjoying a creative experience.

The event didn’t conclude with the ceremony; we invited special guests Yoichi Ataka, Co-CEO of Polygon Pictures Malaysia, and I-van from MDEC. They shared valuable insights on IP creation and how MDEC can assist fellow artists, adding further enrichment to our event.

The entire sharing session was brief yet impactful, offering valuable insights for aspiring young artists, fresh graduates, and budding entrepreneurs. Our aim is to showcase our achievements while nurturing other seeds to flourish, just like Biji and Kotak.

As the event concluded, we were delighted to witness the satisfaction of many attendees. Beyond being a visual feast, they also took away valuable knowledge. However, this marks not the end but the beginning of our exhibition journey. Stay tuned for more updates!
